EMSAGEN is registered under Government of India under Goods and Service Tax in Faridabad, Delhi NCR, India.

At present EMSAGEN is owning two websites that is https://emsagen.com/ and https://emsagen.in/ these websites are fully owned by EMSAGEN under GST.

EMSAGEN is a next-generation technology innovator company, it provides consulting, IT Services, Digital Technology, innovation and training to our customers and partners to modernize their business.

As per the services chosen by our users, customers or partners, they have to pay as per our invoice raised to users, customers and partners name, it will be decided based on the services selected by the users, customers or partners.

After successful payment to Emsagen, if customer want to cancel the payment withing three days from the date of payment then same amount (total amount) will not be cancelled or refunded. EMSAGEN have full rights to deduct fifty percent of the total paid amount as a preliminary services charge from the paid amount (total amount) if it’s cancelled within three days and rest of the amount will be release after mutual understanding with users, customers or partners. In other condition If chosen services delivery time frame passed then users, customers or partners are not liable for any cancelation refund of the chosen services, it means no refund to users, customers or partners from Emsagen.

After services delivery date if your chosen services are not delivered by any reason then in this case EMSAGEN have full rights to stop working on your chosen services and EMSAGEN will not require to produce any of the delivery or signoff documents or any of the evidence to anyone (users, customers or partners), EMSAGEN will treat all of your services are delivered and you paid for those services to EMSAGEN, if you haven’t paid total charged amount, invoiced amount of your chosen services to  Emsagen then in this case Emsagen have full rights to take legal action against you for not paying services delivered amount to Emsagen.

EMSAGEN will not be liable for any refund or cancellation of the payment once full payment is made to Emsagen.
